Digital Marketing Role (3-9 yrs)
This role is expected to effectively use all marketing tools and techniques like PPC, SEO, SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
- Responsible for the day-to-day management of digital marketing campaigns,
implementation of paid media, SEO, email, and marketing fulfilment in support of campaigns.
- Leverage data and analytics to understand which activity is giving the largest ROI and profiling the client segment (sectors, content, or business line)
- Interface with marketing and service line teams to help drive high-performing digital campaigns in line with global themes and regional and local requirements.
- To monitor and optimize campaigns throughout its duration.
- Become a superuser on Salesforce Marketing Cloud and engage to assist in Email campaign execution
- Embed a process across BDS business to manage large-scale campaigns effectively.
- Report key metrics of campaign back to business.
Qualifications :
- 5 plus years of digital marketing / data experience
- Strong project management and digital marketing skills
- Proactive approach to campaign execution and reporting.
- The ability to manage multiple, cross-functional projects with often tight deadlines and many stakeholders.
- Strong communications skills, both written and oral, ideally with experience working across multiple countries
- Experience using platforms including Salesforce (incl. Marketing Cloud), Sitecore, Social and SEM platforms.
- B2B business background preferred
