Digital Marketing Analyst

- Develop strategies for growth, assess new campaign/client targets and build out demand generation programs with the goal of generating campaign success, increasing online presence, and driving ROI.

- Must stay on top of industry trends, and use a wide variety of programs and technologies to test/develop/implement new ideas and strategies to generate digital marketing success.

- Define and implement key strategies that align with online marketing/business objectives

- Use analytics and metrics, and a number of technologies/tools, to analyze campaign results, successes and KPIs

- Develop key relationships with clients, leadership, and key stakeholders and possess the communication skills and confidence to deliver technical information to non-technical audiences

- Maintain a department budget and lead others within a digital marketing team

- Become an influencer who makes an impact for the company and within the industry

Qualification And Experience:

i. MBA in marketing or a related field with 3-5 years of experience & Expert in Google Ads or Facebook Ads or LinkedIn Ads & Must have handled a budget

ii. Intermediate Microsoft Excel knowledge and skills

iii. Smart, motivated and results-driven analytical individual

iv. Well organized and have excellent copywriting skills

v. Able to multitask and work well within a team, as well as being able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment along with the ability to accept interruptions as part of the routine

vi. Excellent attention to detail, especially when employing individual processes and procedures

vii. A confident and clear communicator, both in person and on the phone, able to quickly build excellent working relationships with internal and external stakeholders

viii. Brilliant networking skills, confidently develops new relationships & connects with people

ix. Creative and strategic thinking to identify opportunities and challenge the status quo
