Digital Marketing Analyst - IT (2-5 yrs)

The role encompasses market research, product development, digital branding & promotion along with testing new concepts and opportunities regularly.

Role and Responsibilities

Market Research

- Research and gather data about similar (existing) products, potential markets, competitors, and market environment.

- Compile secondary data from sources such as the Bureau of Labor Statistics, IDC, Burning Glass Technologies and more.

- Program online surveys using CompTIA's web-based data collection applications.

- Process and analyze quantitative and qualitative data.

- Convert complex intel into comprehensible reports

- Develop solutions to complex business challenges for meeting market demands.

Digital Marketing

- Set digital marketing strategies using all necessary tools (e.g. website, emails, social media and blogs)

- Keep internal teams informed of potential market's preferences and proactively put forward new ideas, innovation to the product.

- Identifying detailed target audience personas, their online behaviors, record their interaction with the website

- Analyze web traffic metrics and suggest solutions to boost web presence

- Monitor SEO/SEM, marketing and sales performance metrics to forecast trends

- Liaise with in house teams to ensure brand consistency.

- Stay up-to-date with digital technologies developments

- Identify advertising needs.

- Establish best practices in digital marketing

- Build strong clients relationships through social media interaction

Candidate's profile

- Relevant degree in Marketing, Advertising or a relevant field

- Proven work experience as a digital marketing strategist in a reputed organization.

- Experience implementing and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns

- Experience in web analytics tools like Google Analytics.

- Familiarity with web design and HTML

- An ability to handle data to work in quantitative research

- An analytical mind with methodical problem-solving skills

- Commercial awareness for work with corporate clients

- Excellent communication skills

- Accurate and clear written skills when producing questionnaires and reports
