Job Description :


- We are seeking a highly skilled and results-oriented Digital Marketer to join our team and drive the marketing efforts for our products. As a Digital Marketer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to effectively promote our offerings. Your expertise in digital marketing channels and techniques will be crucial in driving lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

Roles And Responsibilities :


Develop and execute digital marketing strategies :

- Create comprehensive digital marketing plans that align with business objectives and target audience.

- Identify target customer segments and develop tailored marketing campaigns to reach and engage them effectively.

- Utilize various digital marketing channels such as search engine marketing (SEM), social media advertising, email marketing, content marketing, and display advertising to promote high-ticket real estate products.

- Lead generation and customer acquisition :

- Implement lead generation strategies to attract potential buyers and investors.

- Optimize landing pages and website conversion funnels to maximize lead capture and customer acquisition.

- Use analytics tools to track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results.

Content development and management :

- Create compelling and persuasive content for digital marketing campaigns, including website copy, blog posts, social media content, email newsletters, and video scripts.

- Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging visuals, videos, and other multimedia assets.

- Manage content calendars, ensuring timely delivery and consistent messaging across all digital channels.

SEO and SEM :

- Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page optimization strategies to improve organic search rankings and visibility.

- Manage search engine marketing campaigns, including Google AdWords and Bing Ads, to drive targeted traffic and conversions.

Social media and community management :

- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and inquiries, and actively engage with the audience.

- Identify and collaborate with influencers and industry partners to expand reach and attract high-quality leads.

Conversion rate optimization (CRO) :

- Analyse user behaviour and website performance to identify areas for improvement in conversion rates.

- Conduct A/B testing and implement optimization strategies to enhance user experience and drive higher conversion rates.
