Digital Horizons - Client Engagement Executive
We are looking for the Client Engagement Executive who can build and improve the client relationship and provide the required customer/client service.
Job Role : Client Engagement Executive
Experience Required : 1 Years to 3 Years
Job Location : Mumbai, Pune, Delhi / NCR
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Should be able to grasp the business model & business processes of the customer (Client Company) and then enable implementation and transformation using our software platforms
- Ensures all customers are successfully using the product or service they've purchased from the company.
- Responsible to conduct Client Webinars and Technical Demos'.
- Responsible for onboarding the clients.
- Develops customer relationships that promote customer retention.
- Provide technical support and ad-hoc training to customers who use the company's products.
- Ensure customers remain satisfied with the product by educating them about functional capabilities and possible upgrades.
- Working from home till the Covid-19 situation normalizes.
- Maintain excellent service standards, going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Any Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Prior experience in client engagement / customer success role is preferred.
