Digital Campaign Manager - Go To Market - IT/BPO Services (6-8 yrs)

The Campaign Manager is a key contributor to the demand generation organization, and would be responsible for successfulcampaign execution, governance, and channel orchestrationto meet marketing performance goals. This is a multidisciplinary position, blending elements of content management, marketing planning / GTM, database management, campaign execution via marketing automation technology, and campaign analytics.

- The campaign manager would need to work with various internal cross functional teams to manage end to end campaign execution across all channels.

Main roles and responsibilities :

- Demonstrate strong marketing strategy(GoToMarket) and campaign enablement skills

- Experience building campaigns in leading marketing automation systems preferably Pardot, but also considered Marketo, Eloqua, and Hub spot. Ability to create campaign modules, assign workflow for drips, and ability to nurture leads via automation system. Pardot certification highly desired

- Ability to work seamlessly with cross functional teams and project manage the deliverables for successful campaign execution

- Should have sound knowledge of IT and BPO services across all domains / industry sectors. Sector / domain knowledge is plus

- Ability to multitask and meet stakeholder commitment for strategic projects

- Ability to communicate clearly on the project scope to internal / external team members responsible for campaign execution

- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft productivity suite including MS projects and Visio

- Translate a marketing objective into an effective segmentation strategy, and plan effectively on pre-campaign forecasting, and post campaign analysis. Ability to do campaign lessons learned and applying the best practices for effective execution

- Ability to deliver multichannel campaigns and optimize for effectiveness, and report to leadership / key stakeholders for value generated by such campaigns and contribution to pipeline

- Ability to work as a campaign executioner / demand generation partner and assist global stakeholders on campaign strategy and execution

- Advanced understand of marketing execution channels and ability to use them effectively to generate awareness, build brand eminence, and transform qualified leads to opportunity with the help of sales and account teams

- Ability to transform technical jargons to value driven competitive messaging and write content for demand generation marketing assets

- Should be able to design appropriate management reports/scorecards for meaningful campaign metrics (results that matter to executives)

- Possess strong research skills on buyer persona buildouts, competitive positioning, and market segmentation

- Ability to help stakeholders on meeting client needs with engaging content and robust channel strategy

- Should have thorough knowledge of buyer / lead Life CycleManagement

- Supervise quality control of the marketing database system for efficient campaign delivery and remove bounce rates. Familiarity with consent and regulatory/data privacy principles from marketing and sales standpoint

- Drive and implement continuous improvement and optimization programs for operational processes

- Supports team's and organization's decisions regardless of own position, ability to extend to suit business needs

- Through knowledge of content management and content cutation

- Utilize various analytic and targeting systems to analyze and troubleshoot campaign delivery and performance.

- Perform wrap-up analysis reporting, pulling in various sets of performance data and metrics to help tell a story to the client about how the campaign performed and help recommend best practices for future campaigns.

- Provide additional ad hoc analysis for gain visibility and insight into various cross-sections of business verticals and ad products to optimize performance.
