Digital Agency Manager - Telesales - Insurance (1-3 yrs)
Hiring Digi Agency Manager = Telesales Role - Insurance Company
Qualification : Graduate Mandate
Experience : At least 8 Months - 2 Year Sales Experience Required ( Any Sells Background)
Location : Mumbai - Goregoan
Role & Responsibility :
- Develop various sources of agent hiring & build a team of agent & agent pipelines through the digital platforms.
- Conduct activity to enhance existing agent footfall to generate a fresh referral for new agent hiring . Ensure product knowledge is well established to the agency as per the organization ways of training Field demonstration.
- Development of agent prospecting habits calling habits and work habits.
- Work with an agent on planning and reviewing activities and goals.
- Identify the training needs of the agent and work with Trainers to improve the same.
- Achievement of monthly quarterly & yearly business plans.
- Improve agent productivity & persistency by regular Periodic reviews.
