Responsibilities :

Account planners, who have worked on the brand side of things and have done - Brand Planning - from a- Communication/Messaging - side and not allocating Paid Media budgets.

- Identify specific business problems and develop ideas to address them.

- Communicate with colleagues within the agency, such as creatives and account managers, in the process of developing a campaign.

- Gain a comprehensive context for advertising strategies by analysing a range of information in great detail, including demographics, socio-economics and the market for the clients product and market share.

- Run research groups.

- Find an - angle- on a specific product or service on which to base an advertising campaign;

- Research the product or service to be advertised, which may involve gaining technical or specific knowledge

- Reconcile the differences between consumers current perceptions of the brand and the way the client wishes the brand to be perceived.

- Provide the creative team with a clearly defined brief that contains concise information on the product, audience and digital channel strategy.

- Present conclusions and ideas to clients

Eligibility :

- 6+ years of agency experience, or a mix of in-house/agency experience with a solid background in brand planning. Previous market research experience a plus.

- Should have extensive knowledge of and experience working in all digital mediums including websites, apps, social channels, email and video.

- A combination of analytical skills, numeracy, curiosity, and a strong interest in people alongside commercial awareness and the ability to think strategically.

- Excellent knowledge of branding, marketing, human behaviour, trends, pop culture, business, social engineering or anything else that is crucial when developing smart, realistic and compelling strategies for clients across the industry spectrum.

- Should have excellent presentation and communication skills, and be continuously optimistic about finding a better solution.

- Self-initiating, can excel under the pressure of deadlines and improves with constructive feedback.

- Graduate degree.
