Digital Account Manager - IT Professional Services (4-7 yrs)

Job Discription

- 4+ years of operations experience supporting sales or account management teams within an IT professional services organization.

- Must have been a part of client facing roles for at least 4 years.

- Must have been responsible for handling large size accounts

- Multitasking with perfection in each account that requires focus, prioritization, and excellent follow-through

- Strong interpersonal and computer competency in Outlook, Excel, PPT, Organising meetings and stakeholders management

- High on Analytical, Networking and Technology application orientation

- Observe and find ways to increase business and meet clients happy

Responsibilities:

- Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.

- Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.

- Enable customer success team productivity by supporting streamlining and continuous maintenance of customer success tools and assets like CRM, Jira, playbooks, dashboards, and other templates and support scaling by suggesting optimizations, automation, eliminating redundancies, etc.

- The manager will also lead the efforts to build relationships of trust at multiple levels within an account and develop a clear understanding of their business needs.

- Leverage account health metrics to provide insights that inform renewal conversations to AE and Renewals Specialist

- Run quarterly business reviews with existing clients.

- Perform account mining to grow current revenue streams.

- Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.

- Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.

- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics. Operate as the primary point of contact for key account stakeholders

- Prepare and guarantee monthly quarterly, and annual sales forecasts

Additional Skills:

- Excellent Technical, managerial, leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, articulates thoughts and ideas clearly, concisely, and persuasively.

- A self-starter with the demonstrated ability to take initiative and can proactively identify issues/ opportunities & provide recommend actions.
