Position: Social Media Marketing Manager

Experience Level: 3-5 years

Salary: 25-30k per month

The Social Media Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engage with our target audience, and drive traffic to our digital platforms. The ideal candidate is passionate about social media trends, possesses strong communication skills, and has a proven track record in social media marketing. This role will involve team management and collaboration with various departments within the organization.

Responsibilities :

1. Social Media Strategy Development:

- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the company's overall marketing objectives.

- Conduct market research and stay updated with industry trends to identify new opportunities for social media growth.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media campaigns with other marketing efforts.

2.Content Creation and Management:

- Create engaging and creative content for various social media platforms, including written posts, images, videos, and infographics.

- Manage content calendars and scheduling to ensure consistent and timely posting.

- Monitor and respond to user comments, messages, and reviews across social media channels.

3.Social Media Advertising :

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns to increase brand visibility and drive conversions.

- Analyze campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly to maximize ROI.

4.Analytics and Reporting :

- Utilize social media analytics tools to track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on social media performance.

- Identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations.

5.Team Management :

- Lead and manage a team of social media specialists or coordinators, providing guidance, feedback, and support.

- Delegate tasks and ensure the team's activities align with overall objectives and deadlines.

- Conduct regular performance evaluations and foster professional growth within the team.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a Social Media Marketing Manager or similar role, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience.

- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, their features, and best practices.

- Strong understanding of social media advertising and demonstrated experience in managing paid campaigns.

- Proficiency in social media analytics tools and ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.

- Creative thinking and ability to develop engaging and impactful social media content.

- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

- Experience in team management, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.

- Self-motivated and proactive approach to work, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
