JOB DESCRIPTION:

As the Social Media Sales Manager at DigiLantern, you will play a crucial role in expanding our reach and revenue through social media channels. You will be responsible for developing and executing social media sales strategies, managing a sales team, and fostering strong client relationships. If you have a passion for social media and a proven track record in sales management, we want to hear from you.


Key Responsibilities :


Sales Strategy : Develop and implement a comprehensive social media sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and growth objectives.


Sales Presentations : Create and deliver compelling sales presentations to clients, showcasing the value of our social media services.


Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions to drive sales.


Market Analysis : Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities, conducting market research to identify new sales opportunities.


Performance Metrics : Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and make data-driven decisions.


Revenue Growth : Continuously work to expand our client base and increase revenue through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.


Qualifications :


- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus).


- Proven experience in social media sales, with a minimum of 1 year in a managerial role.


- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their advertising capabilities.


- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.


- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.


- Result-oriented and driven to meet the sales targets.


- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving industry.
