What will you be doing?

- You will engage with students and assist them with activities including but not limited to onboarding, explaining the offerings, requirements validation, feasibility study, and more through emails, phones or web-meetings.

- Work with product management & engineering team to understand root cause, and communicate nature of analysis and status to clients.

- Accurately process and record all customer interactions and status in the CRM.

- Follow up and make scheduled call backs to customers when needed.

- Stay current with updates on training roadmap, features, releases and enhancements.

- Apply due consideration and judgement in escalating priority items.

- Build and track key metrics around Customer Retention, Adoption and placements.

What are we looking for?

 - Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices.

- 0 to 1 year of work experience in a Customer Success role.

- Willingness to work with customers across all geographies.

- Proper E-Mail & phone etiquette.

- Ability to articulate thoughts in a clear, concise and professional manner, both in speech and writing.

- Effective listening skills.

- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.

- Ability to self-manage and work with minimal supervision.

- Represent customer in interactions with product management & engineering.

Work Location & Working Days:

- Work from Home currently and should be flexible to come to the office whenever required

- 5 - Day Week

NOTE-

- You will undergo a three-month probationary period during which you will receive a monthly stipend of 15k. Depending on your performance, you may have the opportunity to transition to a full-time position.
