We are a digital presence management company targeted toward managing social media accounts. Sales are the bedrock of any company and to support the pivotal high-growth phase of our company, we are looking for dynamic go-getters who are not afraid to take on exciting challenges and work in a performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Expand our business and conduct presentations to potential clients demonstrating the benefits of our services.

- Recommend services to the clients based on their individual needs; communicate with them in person, over the phone, and by email.

- Relationship management: Establish trust and maintain long-term relationships with the clients to generate repeat business.

- Employ a data-centric approach to convince customers on how our solutions can improve their businesses.

- Be a keen observer and learner; you should be able to analyze market trends and suggest areas for improvement.

- Collaborate with the delivery team and the administrative team to ensure both client satisfaction and efficient pipeline management.

Who are we looking for?

- A polite, respectful, and a good listener.

- Someone with exceptional verbal communication skills: fluency in both English and Hindi (additional languages are always appreciated).

- Previous Business Development experience will be advantageous.

- Someone with the willingness to adapt and change tactics based on the feedback received.

- Someone with the ability to contact customers, complete sales, and manage administrative work.

Note: Preference will be given to candidates who have their own car since the role requires conducting 1-1 meetings as this role involves in-field visits.
