Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

Prospecting :


- You will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential customers for the sales team and researching target accounts, identify decision-makers and influencers, and using various outreach methods to engage with them.

Sales Pipeline Management :


- You will work with the sales team to manage the sales pipeline and ensure that leads are properly tracked, and sales reps are following up with prospects. You would also be expected to help prioritize leads based on their level of engagement and readiness to purchase.

Lead Generation :


- You will work closely with the marketing team, they will identify leads, speak and qualify them to be potential sales, using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, other sales tools etc. and engage with prospects.

- You need to qualify the lead to ensure that it meets the company's ideal customer profile and ask relevant questions to understand the prospect's needs, budget, and timeline to determine if they are a good fit for the product.

Appointment Setting :


- You will set appointments for the sales team with qualified leads and use various tools such as calendar scheduling apps to book meetings and ensure that prospects are well-informed about the purpose of the meeting and what to expect.

- Have a collaborative and consultative work style, the ability to thrive in a high volume, highly dynamic work environment and love being in a customer-facing influencing role.

Your Skills and Experience :

- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field

- An enthusiastic individual from SAAS, E-com, Fintech, or entrepreneurial background 1 - 4 years of B2B India Sales.

- Exposure to enterprise sales, understanding of technology products and solutions

- Strong knowledge of technical products

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Result Oriented - Ability to meet outreach/sales target

- B2B Sales experience

- Client Acquisition

- Strong Market research

- Strong phone presence and experience in extensive sales calling

- Strong listening and presentation skills
