Why we need you : You will be responsible for generating leads, building and maintaining client relationships, and closing sales deals. You will work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities, develop sales strategies, and achieve revenue targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of our products/services, and the ability to effectively negotiate and close deals.

Roles & Responsibilties:

- Identify and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, and other prospecting techniques.

- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs and promote our products/services.

- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our offerings.

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.

- Negotiate contracts and terms of agreements with clients to close sales deals.

- Collaborate with the sales team to share market insights, best practices, and strategies for achieving sales goals.

- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments to stay ahead of the competition.

- Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track progress and performance against targets.

- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

- Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and improvement in sales skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

- Proven 1+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in the real estate industry.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Familiarity with the Bangalore market and its dynamics.
