Roles & Responsibilities :

1. Ensure that given Targets are Met on weekly, monthly & yearly basis.

2. Generating Business from Existing Customer and maintain good relations with them.

3. New Customer Development.

4. Identify And Assess Customers' Needs To Achieve Satisfaction.

5. Provide accurate, valid and required information to customers using right tools/methods.

6. Manage End to End sales process.

7. To meet the assigned targets, must be able to do 80-100 calls per day.

8. Must follow up with the existing customers for their requirements.

9. Must be able to generate leads by analyzing need on consistent basis.

10. Maintain fruitful relationships with clients and address their needs effectively.

11. Oversee the sales process to attract new clients.

12. To constantly be on the lookout for new business avenues and opportunities to increase market share both in sales and service.

13. To improve the quality of customer service and retention by enhanced facilities and improved technical and soft skills resulting in lower cost of ownership for clients and improved marketing methods.
