Education qualification : Graduation/PG or equivalent

Overall Experience : 4-7 Years in Sales of any sector with team handling experience

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Generate C- Level leads through professional networking and conducting telephone-based or virtual sales meetings

- Close deals consistently

- Generating leads & responsible for the management of leads generated by BDE.

- Meeting with Clients on daily basis Identify, evaluate and manage strategic risks and opportunities

- Manage sales Pipeline, Provide day-to-day end user support of the CRM application to all levels of the Sales organization

- Must have experienced in team management, Project management and should know how to create pop up event Planning for big business where you can generate High end customers from the exhibition

- Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client's business and equipment needs

- Develop relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client relationships Partner with sales team to create contract-winning proposals for current and prospective clients

- Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholders Develop and oversee sales and marketing strategies.

- Communicate expectations, assignments and responsibilities clearly and professionally Responsible to handle Sales team (8-10 members).

Primary responsibilities :

1. To meet the assigned targets, by making potential calls on the given lead and manage team calling rate.

2. Must follow up with existing customers for their requirements.

3. Must be able to generate leads by analyzing need on consistent basis.

4. Maintain fruitful relationships with clients and address their needs effectively.

5. Development of team members by providing them training / workshops based on their needs.

6. Oversee the sales process to attract new clients.

7. Must be resourceful, with outstanding research skills to grow the network.

8. Tracks individual contributors and their accomplishments.

9. Co ordinate with marketing team and be socially active to reach industry and related events, publications, and announcements.

10. Have weekly meetings and monthly GROW meetings with the team.

11. Attend trade shows and other industry- related shows.

Secondary Responsibilities :

1. Must be resilient, empathic business development executive to contribute to the growth of the company.

2. To inform management any significant development in the market in terms of new competition, new campaign by competition or any other relevant matter which is significant and important in nature.

3. To constantly be on the lookout for new business avenues and opportunities to increase market share both in sales and service.

4. To improve the quality of customer service and retention by enhanced facilities and improved technical and soft skills resulting in lower cost of ownership for clients and improved marketing methods.

5. Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.

6. Familiarizing with all products and services offered by our company.

7. Self-development - Updating of knowledge regarding new products and services provided by competitors.

8. Taking care of below activities on regular basis :

- Database Management

- Generate Sales report and send it to the reporting manager

- Preparation of monthly, weekly & daily targets .

- Manage team reports

Job Type : Full-time

Salary : Up to - 800,000.00 per year

Schedule : Day shift

Supplemental pay types : Performance bonus
