Dhister - Education Counsellor (0-3 yrs)
Responsibilities
1- Conducting counselling sessions with students.
2- Assessing students' skills, interests and personalities.
3- Meeting with parents and teachers about students' needs.
4- Creating academic and career development plans.
5- Directing students and families to helpful resources.
6- Guiding students through academic improvement.
7- Helping students to develop transferable skills.
8- Coordinating and conducting informational sessions about university admissions.
9- Maintaining notes and student records.
Requirements
1- Education: Graduation.
2- Experience: at least three years of counselling
3- Languages: English-Hindi.
4- Skills: written and verbal communication, active listening, problem-solving, empathy, interpersonal skills, record keeping, confidentiality
Work environment
1- Full-time in-office position, 48 hours per week.
2- Supplemental pay (overtime and bonuses).
