DGM/Manager - Sales - Real Estate (3-8 yrs)
Job Description :
- Assist in development of sales and pricing strategies of projects for creation of demand
- Develop channel partners for fulfilling demand and maximizing sales reach of the company
- Handle team of 6-8 including Senior Manager and Executives
- Assist in periodic management reviews on sales performance on the company
- Keep a close eye on sales performance and ensuring achievement of sales targets
- Ensuring Daily Activity Report is being completed by sales team and analyzing the same
- Ensuring completion of Minutes of Meeting for sales meeting carried out by the sales team with clients and channel partners
- Anchor weekly meeting with the sales team and coordinate with lead providers
