Job Responsibilities :
- Will be responsible for the Business Development, Sales and Marketing of Optical Fiber Cables PAN India, Participation in Tenders. Good technical and commercial knowledge.
- Developing strategy, tactics, sales plans and profit targets.
- Developing relationships with clients.
- Identifying and reporting on business opportunities in target markets. Will be responsible for the business targets.
- Representing the business at conferences, trade fairs and networking events, undertake on-going market analysis to identify marketing opportunities that support the strategic objectives of the product with the aim of delivering improved volumes and profits and achieve sales targets.
- Identifying consumer requirements, define market, competitors strengths and weakness etc
- Ensure timely realization of payments as per company policies, and other commercial dues.
- Supporting and guiding the sale team in reaching the targets.
Skills and Attitudes required for this position :
- 15 to 20 years of experience in Business Development (Preferably from Government / Private Telecom, ITES and allied industry)
- Candidate should have an extensive experience into Optical Fiber Cables Sales & Business Development
- Meeting Sales Goals, Selling to Customer Needs, Motivation for Sales, Sales Planning, Building Relationships, Coaching, Managing Processes, Market Knowledge, Developing Budgets, Staffing
- Should have handled Telecom Key Accounts Customers across India
- Good analytical skills, Negotiation skills, Leadership skills, vendor management, networking
- Excellent Communication/Presentation Skills
- Strong Leadership
