DGM/Head - Sales - Building Automation Firm (10-15 yrs)
- Immediate opening for DGM Sales/Head Sales for Building automation company
Location : Pune
Experience : 10-15 years in BMS
Education : BE/B.Tech in Instrumentation, Electronics and Electrical Engineering.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- The Person should be responsible for the Sales & Marketing of the Distech range of BMS products
- Responsible for the Topline business Strategy, deployment of sales staff to the targeted customers pan India
- Directly Reportable to top management for sales & marketing
- Should have worked in a senior position at a relevant company or competitive SI
- Negotiate and finalize all sales deals.
- Serve as primary customer contact for technical, commercial and business issues.
- Work closely with presales and technical teams on all technical issues.
- Prepare sales MIS reports and present to management.
Job Requirements :
- Work experience: minimum 10-15 years in sales of Building Management System (BMS).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Identification of customer needs and successful resolution with business conversion.
- Demonstration of tenacity, experience and positive attitude.
- Know customers business processes, identify potential decision influencer and relationship development.
- Young, energetic and keen to learn will be encouraged. (ideal age between 35-45 years)
- Willing to travel.
