Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic RCM Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with potential clients, and promoting our RCM services to healthcare providers. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales and a deep understanding of the healthcare industry.

We are looking for 6 months to 1-year experienced sales and Business development executives who are committed to deliver the company goals in the medical billing/revenue cycle management area.


Experience with the healthcare industry is required or a huge plus.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Sell Coding Services / revenue cycle management services to the doctors, clinics, hospitals, Medical Groups & Medical Billing companies.

- Making cold calls and fixing appointments with the Doctor, Office Manager or Decision maker.

- Network with healthcare providers using various channels (phone & email).

- Work under minimum guidance. Experience in any sales CRM is a plus. Excellent verbal and communication skills.

- Strong needs analysis, researching, positioning, business justification and closing skills.

- Identify and target potential clients in the healthcare industry who would benefit from our RCM services.

- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including practice managers, administrators, and healthcare executives.

- Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, competitor offerings, and client needs.

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business growth targets.

- Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and operations, to ensure effective service delivery and client satisfaction.

- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, changes, and emerging trends in healthcare revenue cycle management.

Qualifications :

1. Bachelor's degree in marketing and sales, or a related field. MBA preferred. -

2. Minimum of 1 year of progressive experience in business development within the healthcare industry, with a focus on medical coding, billing, and RCM.

3 .Proven track record of successfully meeting and exceeding sales targets.

4. In-depth understanding of the United States healthcare landscape, regulations, and reimbursement processes. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships. Demonstrated strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
