Job Title : BDM/ Revenue
Salary : INR 40,000 per month + Commission
Responsibilities :
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, identifying their needs and recommending suitable products or services.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets, ensuring consistent growth in revenue.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and techniques.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the management.
Compensation Details :
Base Salary : INR 40,000 per month
Commission : Earn a commission of 1-2% on every sale made above INR 25 lakh.
- Additional bonuses and incentives based on individual performance.
