Dezerv - Associate - Marketing (1-3 yrs)
We are hiring a Marketing Associate for social media to join our team at dezerv. You will closely work with the creative and investments team to handle the companies social media platforms.
Responsibilities :
1. Researching, ideating, and creating content to publish across all Social Media channels and their respective features.
2. Establishing and strategizing weekly and monthly content plans in line with the internal requirements.
3. Keeping a close track of all online activities/promotions/ partnerships, and subsequently aligning relevant activities to market on Social Media
4. Liaising with the investment and Creative Teams to facilitate timely completion of deliverables for Social Media.
5. Generating weekly and monthly reports to review the performance, and accordingly modifying the strategy for the future.
Qualifications:
1. 1+ years experience in Social Media
2. Proven graphic designing skills for content creation
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a strong command of the English language
4. Strong understanding of all social media platforms - and their KPIs + tools.
5. Well-versed in Instagram reels, stories, IGTV, IG LIVE, Facebook, YouTube, and other social mediums and platforms, with the ability to strategize and input on ideas that leverage these content formats.
