Development Manager - Sales - Insurance (1-2 yrs)

Responsibility :

- Developing an annual business plan for assigned accounts to ensure that the plan is achievable, and regularly conduct monthly, quarterly business reviews, and yearly business reviews with customers.

- Developing and maintaining strong business relationships with accounts in order to gain strong collaboration in mutually driving business objectives and to get a better position in negotiating for the agreement and business development plans.

- Monitoring category and brands performance against market, evaluating the effectiveness of promotions, activities, and taking corrective action, as needed to ensure achievement of business goals.

- Planning sales forecast in details for all store formats to ensure supply accuracy

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Discovering and pursuing new sales prospects.

2. Excellent verbal and written communication Skills.

3. International calling experience will be an added advantage.

4. Must be comfortable with Cold calling and lead generation experience.

5. Maintaining reports as per the company protocols.

6. Must be hawk-eyed for selling opportunities.

7. Meet given sales targets.
