Development Manager - Sales - BFSI (3-8 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and development of quality advisors
- Recruiting by selling career opportunities to prospective advisors
- Monitoring the performance and tracking of daily activity tracking advisors
- To ensure business Reporting, MIS on a sales call
- Motivate advisors for more Sales
- Maintain a healthy relationship with customers
- Work on the opportunity to cross-sell and upsell
Required Candidate profile :
- Minimum 2 years of experience in filed sales marketing.
- Must be graduate Person.
- Good communication skills.
