Development Manager - Agency Channel - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
Role & Responsibilities :
- The primary responsibility is to drive the Insurance sales for Edelweiss Tokio.-
- Recruiting agents to sell insurance policies
- Direct selling to the customers via appointments ( Office/ Home visits). Leads will be provided by the company and candidates will also attend walk-in customers, However, candidates capable of generating leads on their own are preferred.
- Ensure business Reporting, MIS on a sales call ( LMS), Lead Utilization and conversion are updated and maintained on a daily basis.
- The main job of the candidate is to recruit agents for Edelweiss Tokyo so that they can sell Insurance policies on company's behalf. The Candidate will be on fixed salary plus incentives and on the direct payroll of the Edelweiss Tokyo. Agent recruited by the candidate work on commision basis.
Eligibility Criteria :
- Candidate should be residing in the same city for the last 2-4 years at least (Must)
- Must-Have a good social network to increase the sales
- Must know the knowledge of different products of Insurance
- The candidates must go in the formals to attend the interview, Jeans etc not allowed
- Candidate must be ready to join Immediately
