ARDM: Min 0.6-1 Year Sales Experience From BFSI/Any sales background
CTC - 1.80 lacs to 2.20 lacs p.a
Senior ARDM: Minimum 1 year Experience in Life Insurance Industry
CTC - upto 3.20 lacs p.a
Age : Between 25-40 years old
Experience Required : Min 6 Months and above in sales(Preferably From BFSI /Telecom Industry).
Educational Qualification : Must Have 15 Years of Educational Background(10+2+3)
Roles and Responsibilities are :
- Building Agency : Identify & Recruit Potential advisor's (Ex: Retired Persons,Unemployed,Any family Members Etc)
- Driving Sales : Motivating to achieve Expected sales target on a consistent basis through own team of advisor's.
- Manage Team Performance & Productivity : Continuously review performance and improve productivity of the team.
- Leadership : Provide leadership and management to the team of advisor's.
- Mentoring and Training : Provide training and monitor developmental needs of advisor's in the team,providing feedback on advisor's performance.
- Involves attending the Sales calls (out side of the office)
