- As a Area Sales Manager, the incumbent of this role is to develop sales operations, meeting revenue and building channel partner relationships in his/ her region. This role works alongside people in a variety of environments and provides ongoing support distribute and service products

Responsibilities :

- Responsible for the ownership of the assigned certified partners in their regions.

- Should be able to create a business plan for the partner and identify key initiatives for the defined period which will help them achieve their targets

- Responsible for driving the top line of the partner, plan and execute activities for demand generation and demand fulfilment.

- Ensure complete understanding of partner's line of businesses, profitability, past performance and future aspirations

- Ensure complete understanding of partner's way of operations major source of business, methods of lead generation, conversion ratio, profile of customers, type of customers, internal capability and capacity etc.

- Ensure timely communication of all changes in the policies and processes are communicated to the partners

- Account Management of Partners which means responsible for the growth of partners from entry to exit

Qualifications :

- Experience between 4-6 years into channel sales

- Excellent verbal & written communication skills

- Good knowledge of SME business

- Must have experience in software sales with channels and with customer engagement experience will be preferred.

- Knowledge in creating business plans and analyze the market they are operating in
