Skills Required
1. Excellent Interpersonal and strong oral and written communication skills.
2. Excellent understanding of all Online Bidding Processes i.e. Proposal Selection, Bid Rate, Decision Making, Team Helping and motivating bidders to their maximum efficiency.
3. Excellent in generating good-will and restoring confidence, ability to elicit trust and confidence of clients.
4. Good Knowledge of Online Bidding Tools like upwork, PPH, Elance, Freelancer.
5. Portfolio creation & management in upwork, Elance and Content Creation for the organization
6. Creating courteous and professional cover letters, documents to facilitate bidding processes.
7. Understanding the Company Business Process Model and bid on similar competitive projects
8. Worked closely on with team management.
9. Selecting bid rate, contacting work team, communicating details and making a decision.
10. Online bidding on various projects based on website designing, graphics designing, PHP, Wordpress, e-commerce.
11. Persuading clients with a nontechnical background to understand our business model and hire us.
