About Designerrs Lab ( :

Designerrs Lab is a training and consulting studio based in Bangalore and Delhi, focused on providing the design-based training & courses for UXD and design thinking methodologies. We foster innovation by training individuals in design while simultaneously imagining, designing, and creating revolutionary remedies to worldly problems. With design curriculums for user experience, design thinking, visual design, and interaction design created by experts from alumni of NID and IIT with the industry expertise of UX teams of Samsung, Microsoft, Google, Thoughtworks, etc.

We aid in learning skills, processes, and frameworks and provide the essential tools required to work as UX/UI designers in the IT product and consulting industry. Based on a structured teaching and learning framework along with outcome-based pedagogy, quality, and real-world application are the essences of our training.

Roles & Responsibilities :

1. Map potential customers and Identifying new sales leads

2. Pitching services and/or products

3. Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers

4. Researching organisations and individuals online/ offline (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets

5. Researching the needs of other companies and strategizing accordingly

6. Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings

7. Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives

8. Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company's services/ products

9. Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person

10. Developing sales goals for the team and ensuring they are met

11. Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events

12. Preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales displays

13. Developing quotes and proposals

14. Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills

15. Should be a good team player
