About Us :
Designerrs Academy provides a safe learning space for designers across the world. We are trying to make design education accessible for everyone by providing learning experiences and training programs for User Experience and User Interface Design, Design Thinking, Interaction Design, Visual Design, Designing for Immersive Experience (VR, AR, XR), Voice UX, and other specializations.
Roles and Responsibilities :
1. Effective Counseling of Learners/Clients about our Products/Services
2. Ensure a stable and growth based cashflow for the branches allocated
3. Maintain communication with learners through various channels
4. Able to plan to get maximum conversions through effective pipeline management
5. Submission of sales reports, bringing improvement in Business Growth Initiatives
6. Responsible for Improvising the Sales Automation processes
7. Support Junior level counselors with their targets
8. Work with senior team members and management to identify and manage risks.
9. Research and identify new markets and business opportunities.
10. Providing an effective business experience to learners, mentors, clients.
11. Achieving monthly, Quarterly sales targets for Admissions
12. Managing the Learning experience of the learners
13. Relationship Building and Negotiation with Vendors/ Partners
Skill Required :
1. Understanding of Education-Based Counselling
2. Good communication & interpersonal skills
3. Business Strategy Skills and understanding of Finance Terminologies
4. Effective Time Management, Leadership & Negotiation skills
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented culture
6. Past Experience of working in a startup environment
