Roles And Responsibilities:

- Generating sales, prepare contracts and close deals.

- Following up on new business opportunities and setting up meetings with Architects & Corporates

- Maintain and follow up on current clients.

- Identify, meet and conclude new business deals.

- Develop a client database with up-to-date information on market trends and competitors.

- Develop and nurture relationships with all potential Consultants, Customers and agencies

- Ensure that release orders are communicated as scheduled to coordinators and accounting department.

- Help the accounting department to follow up on payments due to the company.

- Submit daily and weekly reports including but not limited to progress reports on calls, proposals and visits carried out.

Desired Candidate Profile :

Should be confident and energetic individual

- Vast experience into Interior Industry/ Construction/Real Estate Industry

- Knowledge of Modular furniture, Interiors, Turnkey.

- Excellent Communication Skills & Presentation Skills.

- Flexible with 6 days working

Personal qualities like great communication and sales skills count for more than formal qualifications in this job.

- Very good understanding of local/domestic market, especially in construction and interiors industry, including competitors and associated relationships

- Proven track record in business development or a sales role in the Interiors Industry

Must Have Skills:
