Position Overview :

- As a Design Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in guiding customers, architects, and designers in choosing superior surface solutions. We encourage applications from female candidates.

Job Responsibilities :

Customer Engagement : Understand the design preferences, spatial needs, and project goals of customers, architects, and designers.

Product Expertise : Demonstrate a thorough understanding of our product range, offering informed recommendations based on customer and professional requirements.

Professional Networking : Build strong relationships with architects and designers, collaborating effectively to meet project needs.

Showroom Management : Handle walk-ins in the showroom, providing personalized consultations to potential customers, architects, and designers.

Communication Skills : Effectively communicate design concepts, product details, and benefits to customers and industry professionals.

Quotations : Prepare accurate quotations for customers, architects, and designers, ensuring clarity in pricing and specifications.

Relationship Building : Build and nurture strong relationships with all stakeholders, offering ongoing support and addressing inquiries promptly.

- To have consultative approach & to be able to creative innovative design concepts.

Qualifications :

Education : Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.

Experience : Previous design or sales experience in the home improvement or construction industry is advantageous.

Skills : Excellent communication, interpersonal, and creative problem-solving skills.

Product Knowledge : Understanding of marbles, granite, tiles, and related surfaces.

Sales Acumen : Basic sales skills with a customer-centric approach.
