Zingoy.com - Zingoy is a free online platform that rewards cashback on shopping and sharing. If you've discovered a great product/deal just spread the word among your friends, we are here to reward your effort of finding and sharing. We partner with over 200 merchants over a variety of categories to bring users the most rewarding online shopping experience.

Responsibilities :

- Aggressively drive Gift Card sales and generate new revenue

- Design and implement a sales plan in accordance with the organisation's vision

- Collaborate with internal product/tech teams and provide feedback to help shape future product development

- Partner with Marketing colleagues on driving cross-functional, cross-channel marketing efforts to meet the growth objectives

- Regularly and extensively track the performance of the sales team. Monitor competition, economic indicators, and industry trends to help strategies the future growth

- Weekly reporting to the management on sales performance.

Desired Skills :

- Experience in B2B sales; experience in gifting/gift card sales would be an added advantage

- Understanding of key-drivers in the gift cards and prepaid cards segment.

- Demonstrated ability to develop and lead a high-performing sales team

- Experience with both inside and outside sales, including lead generation and outbound prospecting
