Desai Foods - Manager - Marketing (6-10 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
1. Experience in Brand Management, New Product Development, Product Launch & Packaging Development is must.
2. In-depth knowledge of market research data, data analysis and statistics
3. A proven track record of implementing successful marketing strategies and activities such as BTL activity, trade marketing activity, consumer promotions, Event/Exhibition/Trade Shows etc.
4. Liaise with internal and external teams to ensure that tasks are completed and marketing programmes are delivered on time.
5. Experience in dealing with advertising and digital agency is desirable.
6. Competition Analysis, MIS reports generation, co- ordination with management etc.
7. Hands on experience with marketing software, tools and especially in Microsoft Excel
8. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
9. Experience in Vendor management, Event Planning -Ability to perform in fast-paced environments.
10. Develop new marketing initiatives such as social media, events or crossover collaborations to strengthen engagement with target audience.
Desired Candidate Profile :
1. Candidate must be from FMCG industry.
2. Should have handled multiple products.
3. Last 3-4 jobs in FMCG/Food industry.
4. Outstanding Communication, Presentation and Co-ordination skills.
5. Good in Quantitative & Analytical Skills.
6. Age Limit- 30+ Years.
7. Work from office.
