Position : Deputy Sales Manager (Luxury Sales)
Location : Pune
Experience : 4+ Years In Real Estate Developer firm Only
Sales Strategy Development :
- Assist in creating and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
Team Management and Leadership :
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve sales goals. This includes hiring, training, and evaluating team members.
Market Analysis :
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs actively. Stay up-to-date with the latest real estate market trends and competitor activities.
- Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
Sales Execution :
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/services.
Reporting and Forecasting :
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics. Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth.
Collaboration and Coordination :
- Work closely with marketing teams to generate leads. Collaborate with other departments to ensure the sales strategy is aligned across the organization.
Performance Monitoring :
- Monitor the team's performance, identify strengths and weaknesses, and propose corrective actions.
