Roles :
Agency : Recruiting Advisors and assisting them in sourcing life insurance business for the company, as well as motivating and grooming them to improve their sales development skills.
- Conducting various product training sessions and market awareness sessions to increase their industry knowledge.
- Activating them while maintaining average productivity month after month.
- The assignment includes the entire operation, such as prospect identification, quotation preparation, deal closing, and the creation of MIS reports, such as daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasting.
Parameters to apply :
Age 24-39 years
- Graduates
- 2 to 4 years of BFSI sector & sales & marketing experience
- Staying in the same city for more than 4 years
- Good stability.
