Deputy Sales Manager - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
We are looking for a Business Development Manager for India's Leading Insurance Company in India, which is known as a GREAT PLACE TO WORK IN INDIA.
Job Roles and Responsibilities:
- Build a highly motivated team of Financial Consultants and Advisors
- Promoting the company's existing brands and introducing new products to the potential Customers
- Research and Build a Sales & Marketing Opportunity for your team
- Understand the Prospective customer's financial requirements and suggest products accordingly
- Providing training to your financial advisor's team of Insurance Products and Techniques for Selling
- Monitor the work performance of your team and support them to generate a business
- Provide pre and post-sales support to your team and customers
Candidates Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any stream
- Work Experience: 2 + Years in Sales and Marketing in Any Domain
- Age: 24 to 38 Years
- Present excellent sales skills
- Strong organization and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Powerful negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required
