We are going to look for a Branch Banking Officer and Manager in Banca Channel for India's Leading Life Insurance Firm.
Job Purpose:
To manage a single branch of the selected bank. Implement business development activities to boost the volume of business generated by bank branches. to achieve the sales target. to maintain stellar relationships with bank managers.
Responsibilities of the Job:
- Taking care of the current and future clients of our banking partners.
- Compile a list of potential customers from bank personnel.
- To initiate interaction, contact the executives and managers of our channel partners.
- Employees of clients and partners receive pre- and post-sales assistance.
- Assist your company in converting leads into sales.
- Determine the customer's financial needs and provide appropriate insurance coverage.
Profile of the Ideal Candidate:
- Qualification: graduation from any programmed.
- Age should be between 22 and 38 years old
Experience: Minimum of 1 to 2 years in Sales of Banking, Insurance, or Investment Domain.
Key Competencies Needed:
- Strong communication abilities
- Superior listening, negotiating, and presenting skills;
- Ability to create methodical sales plans
- The capacity to position goods and services against rivals
