Deputy Manager - Social Media - Music (5-10 yrs)

Looking for a Social Media Specialist for a well known Music Company.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Complete ownership of the company's social media handles across all platforms - Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube Community, and others including execution of activations from concept to post-implementation analysis

2. Responsibility for developing and implementing social media strategies that promote the artists and their music. This includes identifying target audiences, creating engaging content, and managing social media campaigns.

3. Collaborate and maintain close relationships with cross-functional teams to maximize the impact of social media efforts by ensuring alignment in communication across channels

4. Be updated on trends, ideate and bring in new and exciting ways to engage with audience via social media channels - drive awareness and conversation around the company's content

5. Analyze and report social channel and activation performance on day-to-day basis to quantify the effectiveness of campaigns and drive scalable learnings

6. Work closely with artists and music creators to execute social media campaigns

7. Share creative input to promote upcoming releases for marketing and promotions

8. Should be able to read and break down social media metrics to determine the success of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed using the relevant tools / analytics dashboards.

9. Prepare content calendar for upcoming releases as well as around festivals/ events for regional channels

10. Influencer Marketing - Identify influencers for promotion of songs on short video platforms and execute campaigns within deadlines

11. Vendor Management - Identify new vendors, ask them for case study of their recent campaigns and also ask them to share testimonials/ mention in credit that proves that they have actually executed these campaigns for verification purpose

12. Must have basic understanding of paid media marketing across all social media platforms - Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube & Moj
