Role :Dy. Manager - Service

Location - Bangalore and Chennai

Position -3

Primary Responsibilities:-

- To manage a team of Service engineers in the assigned region / territory

- Deployment of service engineers at customer sites / defined region and monitor the progress of tasks assigned

- Generation of service orders / PO for Parts / services rendered to customers

- Making Planned Maintenance schedule for Engineers for various machines at customer site

- Responsible for Parts Sales target for the assigned Branch / territory

- Daily / Weekly / Monthly reporting to Head office

- Follow-up with the customer for payment for the services rendered

- Providing guidance and support to the engineers whenever required

Secondary Responsibilities:-

- Work with a mindset of Customer First Approach

- Maintain good relation with all the Customers of his territory

- Responsible for Post sales activities - Service and Warranty

- Analyze the market, monitor, analyze sales and market trends

Competencies Required :-

- Must have got Techno-commercial experience

- Preference should be given to Service industry - MHE / Construction / Mining/ Heavy earth moving.

- Must have analytical and decision making skills

- Must be willing to travel as extensive travelling required

- Must have good command over written and verbal communication

- Good in MS-Office

- Must have negotiation skills

- Must possess Leadership skills
