Deputy Manager - Sales - Tractor (6-15 yrs)
1. To monitor and report the product performance as per SOP and Testing guidelines in synch with Product Development Team.
2. Report the performance at field on daily basis
3. Troubleshooting of E-Tractors in case of minor operational and service issues. For major, get it highlighted and rectified.
4. SPOCs for Handling Dealer After Sales Service Support with priority to Customer Satisfaction on a timely manner as per defined TAT.
5. Prima facie to complete the after sales requirements w.r.to Trained manpower, Proper Tools & Equipment's, Charging Infra, Safety Protocol, etc in the dealership for Product Support.
6. Fostering a sense of customer satisfaction and repeat business, building new and existing relationships with customers
7. Doing OJT/ Interactions about Improvements / Modifications / Repair Quality / New Product with customers & Dealer Manpower.
8. Should have strong knowledge of Agricultural equipment & working with tractors, electrical instruments .
