We have an urgent opening for one of leading physical security system company.

Role - Deputy Manager/Manager Enterprise sales

Report to - VP-Physical security

CTC - 13 LPA

Qualification - B.Tech/MBA

Job summary :


- To own & achieve Business Development,Account management & sales targets for the assigned Customer accounts / territory. Develop new customer accounts,Own complete sales cycle including techno-commercial propsecting.relationship management, lobbying, BD,bid preparation/ management & contract / PO signing in Enterprise Segment .Work extensively on the Enterprise segment(airports/metro/IT/ITES/BFSI). 


- The candidate could be handling.

Key Responsibility Area: 

1. Develop strategic and tactical BD & sales plans to achieve sales target for the FY. Develop new customers & consolidate existing ones. Proactively initiate, co-ordinate and manage deals through the sales cycle.

2. Create new customer, relationship management, create demand for the offerings, bid co-ordination, submission & follow up to sign business, co-ordinate with external & internal stake holders for development of new business.

3. Track and monitor the relevant markets/trends/opportunities and work closely with the VP Operations to create a coherent marketing/business development opportunities landscape

4.Develop the comprehensive ecosystem of project mgt consultants/Technical consultants/Architects/OEM to build a robust sales pipeline .

5. Build relationships with customers/consultants/ turnkey contractors for regular enquiries /tenders and be the partner of choice.

6.Constantly work on proposing innovative solutions to the customer. Negotiate terms and conditions /payment terms and price which are favourable to company.

Desirable Requirements :

1.Exposure to selling integrated solitions in the Homeland security market in the region, involving CCTV/PIDS/ACCESS/BIOMETRIC/Command and Control Solution/Gate Solutions/UVSS/Baggage scanners etc.

2. Knowledge of various Surveillance/Access /CCTV/ PAS/ PIDS/ Intrusion/ FAS and other related HLS platforms.Knowledge of new and current technologies and trends in homeland security in a must

3.Result oriented/Customer Focussed/Good Communication skills/ indepth understanding of the market/ Ability and Maturity to operate in remote setting with minimal supervision

Experience Background

- 8- 12 years in the Physical Security industry, Experienced and skilled in Highly developed organizations having Proven Sales Track Record.


- Acquiring and building key accounts in the region, successful track record in winning business thru turnkey contractors in large IT corporate, Industrial customers, Banking, Metro Rail and Airports. Experience in the surveillance and homeland security industry is a must. Business and sales cycle understanding and experience.

Languages : English /Hindi/Any other south India language would be an added advantage
