Experience : 4-10 yrs

Job Description :
- Generate profitable sales growth and increase Business market shares in his area.
- Support in the development of sales and profitability targets for products for the allocated region in agreement
- Drive & manage direct sales through the customer segment
- Engage with existing accounts in the allocated region continuously to discover opportunities to grow revenue and expand share of wallet
- Identify and add new accounts
- Support the Regional Sales Head to improve direct sales through Panel Builders
- Identify bottom/high effort accounts and transfer those to Panel Builders
