Location - Jaipur

CTC - 6.0 - 8.0 lac pa

Qualification - MBA in Marketing

Experience - 6 - 8 year's exp. in automobile industry, preference in battery profile.

Key Responsibilities of DM - Battery

1. Identifying the new products in line with company strategy and basis Customer & Market Feedback.

2. Responsible for providing the sales team with the necessary technical expertise to enable them to sell the product. This involves printed promotional material, product training, and relevant clinical papers.

3. Responsible for reviewing product data to ensure that the field force is kept up to date on new developments regarding the companies or competitors products.

4. Act as point of first reference for all product related enquiries and work collaboratively with sales team to address any issues that may arise.

5. Close liaison with the field force to assess the response to and suitability of current promotional material and to ensure that the printed promotional material is being used optimally

6. Correct Pricing of the product with respect to competition. & product positioning and outbound communication.

7. Keeping track of competitive activities & prepare product promotional schemes and plans.

8. Active participation in Retailer/Mechanic meets in Northern Zone to promote the technical aspect of the product.

9. Coordination with factory for continuous up gradation of the product packaging & aesthetics

10. Keeping track of All India secondary sales BP wise & provide guidance to TEAM on further innovative methods.

Personal Profile:

- Good Communication Skills.

- Should be conversant in MS Office, Internet etc.

- Fluency in English
