Deputy Manager - Sales - Auto Parts (10-14 yrs)
Essential Attributes :
- Experience in dealing with customers directly,
- Technical knowledge of axles, drive lines, steering systems, and brakes in commercial vehicles.
- Good communication skills in Hindi ( Jaipur), Malayalam ( Kochi ) and English language.
- Skill of MS office, writing mails etc.
- Having good relations with fleet operators of Rajasthan & Kerala
- Good supervision skill and team player
Job Description (brief) :
- Speaking with fleet operators, understanding complaint in vehicles and resolving issues through local technicians,
- Attending customer complaints of Rajasthan & Kerala state,
- Raising on line warranty claims,
- Achieving spare parts targets,
- Developing network of service centres across Rajasthan & Kerala state,
- Developing spare parts network across Rajasthan & Kerala state,
- Provide maintenance training to fleet operators.
Qualifications :
Diploma in Mechanical or Automobile engineering or B Tech in Automobile or
Mechanical
Experience (Years)
10 years (Diploma holder) , 6 years (B.Tech)
Essential Attributes:
work experience as floor supervisor in Commercial truck dealer workshop,handling warranty, filling warranty claims, good communication skill of local language and English, writing skill, good knowledge of MS office.
