1) Monthly OSP Sales Volume Compliance, PJP Compliance/Customer Visits, New Business Development
2) Spread/Contribution Monitoring
3) Follow up with SCM for material dispatch
4) Monthly RM forecasting.
5) Taking RFQ, quotations, PI, PO & payment from customer.
6) Customer complaining handling through CCMS.
7) Credit Note Preparation/Debit Note Preparation as Appropriate
