Deputy Manager - Online Content Marketing - eCommerce (5-8 yrs)

Experience : 5-8 years in Digital Marketing. Experience of working for E-commerce for fashion retail/marketplaces/apparel brands

Job Location : Mumbai

Mandatory Skills :

- Experience in Catalogue shoot planning & execution

- Experience in Content Marketing for product descriptions, blogs, ad copies etc.

- Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

- Retention Marketing and Campaign Management

- Good foundation in Digital marketing and understanding of broader Digital Media - SEM, display tech, data, paid ad requirements etc. would be highly beneficial

Technical Skills :

- Expert understanding of google based tools/platforms, and SEO platforms (eg: Search console, data studio, Google Analytics, screaming frog)

- Working knowledge of Campaign management tools - Webengage, Clevertap,mo-engage, resulticks (any)

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel , Soft Skills

- Analytical and problem-solving skills

- Experience of managing agency/clients or working in a Digital Agency,Advertising

- Strong Communication and Presentation Skills

- Creative Thinking - Self-starter who has initiative and positive work attitude

Qualification : Relevant experience in digital marketing is preferred agnostic of qualification

Responsibilities

- Drive content creation for the brand

- Plan & Execute e-commerce catalogue shoots for products/collection launches

- Drive Product content creation - product names, descriptions, collection descriptions for website and marketplaces

- Drive creative development of E-mailers/SMS/Push content and ad creative's, search copies across all campaigns

- Ensure regular updation of website content and creative's

- Build organic reach for the brand through SEO

- Overall SEO Strategy and Roadmap

- Plan & execute on-page and off-page SEO

- Prepare Content Strategy for the brand - keyword research & planning, new collection launch

- Blog Content calendar planning and execution

- Evaluation, Analysis and Improvement of Website performance metrics

- Driving customer engagement and retention

- Plan and Execute funnel re-marketing and customer engagement campaigns

- Conceptualize new customer journey interventions

- Design a content marketing calendar for existing customers and streamline ongoing customer communication - new offers, launches, trends, topicals etc.

- Undertake A/B testing of campaigns and optimize performance

- Creating Executive Dashboards & Reports to Ensure end-to-end online data tracking, reporting & visibility

- Managing Online Customer Experience

- Streamline and facilitate online customer query management and resolution with customer support team - emails, calls, social, e-commerce

- Monitor CS team performance and facilitate training

- Drive customer query responses across Google my business, social, e-commerce

- Ensuring a healthy response rate

- Stakeholder Management

- Collaborate with internal teams to derive insights and facilitate content solutions

- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners for execution

Competencies Required :

- Proven working experience in digital marketing/marketplace experience

- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database,email, customer engagement campaigns

- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate

- Experience in optimizing creative's, campaigns and user funnels

- Experience with A/B testing and creative experiments

- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics etc)

- Working knowledge of campaign management tools

- Experience in content creation for ad campaigns for e-commerce

- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

- Creative proficiency of planning and execute product catalogue shoots

- Good understanding of content to drive product content creation for online sales channels
