Deputy Manager/Manager - Web Analytics (2-7 yrs)
Job Description :
- Provide actionable recommendations based on building data dashboards (leveraging Google Analytics, CoreMetrics, Omniture, WebTrends, etc.), running segmentation analyses, click path analyses, and customer analyses
- Partner with SEO and web analytics vendors to ensure proper implementation and ongoing optimization
- Identify, measure and monitor key performance indicators and present data-driven recommendations
- Evaluate online traffic trends and provide optimization recommendations to improve the website success
- Prepare reports from the analysis of the global website's usage and trends
- Identify traffic trends by channel, abandonment issues and opportunities for improving site conversion rates
- Focus on multiple websites and support all facets of the decision-making platform (outcome analysis, search analysis, and testing analysis)
- Interpret data and provide conclusions that will bring positive business impact. The ideal candidate should possess:
- Experience in Web Analytics domain with knowledge of latest industry trends
- Strong analytics skills to provide valuable insights and business recommendations
- Knowledge of analysis tools such as Google Analytics, CoreMetrics, Omniture, WebTrends, etc.
